scooter made from neighborhood trash on trash day – old chainsaw, kids bike, bed frame, lawn mower wheels. No brakes. Hand brakes (only one set) on bike that we found were converted to throttle controls.

HAHAHA…its called a go-ped?!?!?!
hello!!
wow,i really want to make one of those how did you make it
need to raise the handle bars lol
haha wikid
Yeah but its always better homemade
yeah… it was like a 12″ bik frame that we used and we didn’t mod the handlebars due to time contraints.. There are a lot of things I’d have done differently with time and parts.
dude could you plz send me sum plans or a picture of the engine and show me how you mounted it on any help greatful thx
is thta a 49c pocket bike engine
It was a brocken chainsaw with a 27c engine…
how did you make it
is it direct drive and show a close up please.
Dude your a genius !!!!! If i was you Id make tons of those !!! and sell !!!
dude ur awesome!!!
sooooooooooooo cool
probably not… i wish i had a welder
only needed a welder for the minor fram bits. you could probably bolt stuff together to make it work. let’s just say, if we didn’t have a welder we would have found a way to get similar results.
i wish i had time. i love doing it. have done a variety of projects like this, over time, but just not enough time to do much with them.
sorry. don’t have a pic, but it is not direct drive. we’re running straight from the chainsaw sprocket to some half-baked sprocket we attached to the rear wheel.
man, i have bee so disengaged from this thing that i wouldn’t know where to start. although, with craigslist being a big venue for gettting broken down parts, i need to do something again. dumpsters and craigslist should do wonders. all we did with this one was took parts out of peoples driveways on junk night.
i didnt have a running engine 2 months ago. now i have 2
))))
does it have a good amount of power? cuz im gonna use a 20cc weed eater engine with no clutch and no brakes hahaha. sounds smart rite. o ya and direct drive becuz i dont have unuf skill to make it chain driven
ill give you $100 to make a gokart version of this(i really dont care if you use junk parts it just has to be running with brakes)also put a pedal on the gokart too..just go to the junkyard and you’ll find the parts you need for very low cost
20cc weed wacker direct drive aint gonna work been there done that
go for something bit more power
do a whole over view of it so p[eople can see how you did it
chek out my custom 50cc petrol scooter
